A Quarter Share/Split Side of Beef is a large sampler pack with common cuts form the entire side. The variety of cuts allows the 'chef' in all of us a chance to experiment with new cuts and recipes, plus the comfort of familiar favorites. It is a great entry level for bulk beef purchases.
Ordering a Quarter Share/Split Side of Beef requires a completed and signed order form and a non-refundable deposit of $250.00 (cash/check), or through Shopify.
Unlike with a Side/Whole Beef we do not offer cut options. The cuts are listed on the order form. We are happy to talk you through the ordering process. Orders are fulfilled on a first come, first served basis. Orders are farm pick up only, with final balance due at pick up. View the form (link below) for more details and information.
